Supported by experienced leadership

  • Co-Founder & President

Jack co-founded Forest Park to make the leveraged loan industry more efficient and effective.

Like the nearly 30,000 people who interact on outdated and compromised technology and understand what’s holding back the illiquid leveraged loan market from its full potential, he knew there had to be a better way - a future where leveraged loans are traded in days, not weeks.

Experienced on both sides of leveraged deals, CLOs ramp-ups, and syndication agency, he is passionate about bringing about a much needed technological renaissance in the industry which innovation forgot.

  • Chief Technology Officer

Tom Ciborski oversees infrastructure, tracks implementation of new development, and monitors technological performance as CTO of Forest Park.

Previously, he served the Chief Technology Officer of TimeCamp before leading technology development at HeraldBee.

He is a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer and a graduate of The University of Manchester where he received his Bachelor of Engineering degree with a major in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

Directors

  • Nancy del Genio has a storied career in finance, bringing over three decades of experience to Forest Park where she currently serves as the Executive Director of Business Development. Nancy has Managing Director experience at several banks including Bankers Trust Company leading their secondary loan market sales team, Deutsche Bank Securities supervising loan sales, and HSBC where she oversaw US loan distributions. After witnessing the inefficiencies of the leveraged loan market firsthand, del Genio joined Forest Park in 2020 and is excited to partake in their quest to bring liquidity to this illiquid market.

  • Dr. Olav Sorensen is a seasoned sociology professor with research expertise in economic geography, a focus on how entrepreneurship influences the growth and competitiveness of certain regions within countries over others.

In 2018 Sorensen received the Global Award for Entrepreneurship Research for his work addressing the unexpected consequences of the critical role social capital plays in the success of entrepreneurial endeavors.

Prior to joining the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2020 as the Joseph Jacobs Chair in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Professor of Strategy, Sorensen held the Frederick Frank ‘54 and Mary C. Tanner Professorship at the Yale School of Management from 2009 until 2020. Sorensen has delivered nearly 400 research presentations, authored over ninety published research papers which have appeared in Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Review of Economics and Statistics, and has served in editorial roles for over twelve journals throughout his career.

At Forest Park Sorensen combines his deep understanding of what conditions make a startup successful with his profound volume of academic research to assist Forest Park in bringing liquidity to the leveraged loan industry.
